Ingredients: dead sea salt, Coffea arabica, glycerin, sweet almond oil, jojoba seed oil, oat kernel extract, arnica montana flower extract, vitamin e, and sunflower seed oil
Directions: Thoroughly wet and soften skin with warm water. Gently massage the scrub in a circular motion. Rinse off with warm water. Pat dry. Can be used in the shower or bath. It's recommended to use this product at least 3x a week on wet skin. Using on dry skin may hurt!
